Jesus spoke in Matthew 6 about this very subject. If we seek HIM first and HIS righteousness, then he will see to it we have everything we NEED, not necessarily what we WANT. The worry comes from our brain, which is part of our fleshly nature, and it hates being in subjection to the spirit man. That is what makes it so hard to overcome. Blessings to ya brother!
